Alive! offers slow-motion, high-intensity, low-impact Strength Training performed in 1 or 2, 20-minute sessions a week by James Bell, a SafeStrength® Master Trainer. Why spend hours in a gym when you can get stronger safely and in much less time using our SafeStrength® method? And having a set appointment makes it much more likely you'll actually do it on a regular basis and get RESULTS!
We also offer much needed Medical Cannabis Education & Coaching by Taru Fisher, a Healer Certified Medical Cannabis Wellness Advisor, Certified NLP Health Practitioner, Coach, and Master Practitioner, who is also trained in the ground-breaking Dynamic Spin Release method.
